It’s three from three for Great Britain in Denmark following their victory against Germany last night at the Wheelchair Rugby World Championships. World Championship 2022

This year's World Championship is taking place in DGI Huset Vejle, Denmark from 10 tilll 16 October 2022. with 11 teams competing against each other - GB, United States, Denmark, Switzerland, Brazil, New Zealand, Colombia, France, Japan, Germany and Australia. In memory of Brian Pitchford

GBWR is saddened to learn of the death of Canterbury Hellfire Wheelchair Rugby Club Chairman, Brian Pitchford, in the early hours of Saturday morning. Brian had been involved with Canterbury Hellfire Wheelchair Rugby Club since the first taster sessions in 2013. Brian started out helping with the organisation of the club and a few years later took over the running of the first wheelchair rugby club in South East England.
