The board has established the Governance & Finance Committee, which ensures proper governance, and that GBWR exhibits honesty, integrity and competence in financial matters.

The Governance & Finance Committee is comprised of board members Chris Conway (GFC chair) and Ed Warner (board chair), Jason Brisbane (chief executive officer), and non-board members Margaret Moore and Peter Freeman.
