WR5s League: Tournament Three

The final WR5s League tournament of 2022 is about to begin! With the 2021 season finishing in December, we have not had to wait too long for the new season to begin. The league this season will consist of 17 teams battling it out over three days, in the Premiership, Championship and League 1 divisions. Quad Nations women and girls activity day

GBWR will be running a women and girls exhibition match at this year's Quad Nations as part of a female-only activity day. The activity day will take place on Saturday 17 September at the Sport Wales National Centre in Cardiff. There will be a morning coaching activity, which will be based around a fun games session. We will then provide lunch at the venue and take the players down to the arena.
