Rachael Culverhouse who plays for Northampton Saints attended the GBWR women and girls event at the King Power Quad Nations on 17 September. Rachael was one of 21 ladies who took part in coaching sessions and played an exhibition match on the show court during the day to shine a spotlight on women in wheelchair rugby. Rachael explains in the video how wheelchair rugby has improved her physical and mental health, while allowing her to be part of a wider wheelchair rugby community.
