Both competitions provide opportunities to trial new players and lines as the Head Coach and the performance staff prepare for the European Championships in August which is the big one for us this year and marks the start of the new competition cycle. Storm Top Coloplast League but Crash Closing Fast

It was a great Super Series weekend at Stoke Mandeville with 11 teams taking part. It is fantastic to experience the real energy and enthusiasm that the SS brings and even more so as the new clubs join the tournament and we see new players, and many young players, taking part and enjoying the competition. Despite Crash coming out on top of Division 1 at the weekend with 12 points and Storm taking second place with 9 points, after two of the series, Storm top the league edging ahead of Crash by one point. A Great Couple of Weeks

It has been a great couple of weeks. The Super Series finally got underway in Cheltenham with Bournside Sport Centre hosting D1 and Cheltenham Ladies College hosting D2. Some excellent rugby on display with Kent Crusaders coming out top of Division 1 having played one more game then the unbeaten Stoke Mandeville Storm. Meanwhile in Division 2, West Coast Burn take the top spot but with the fantastic performances from the North East Bulls and North Wales Dragons they remain hot on their heals. It was great to see the Hawks from Plymouth and the Crushers from Glasgow taking part and bringing something different to the tournament. It is all to play for as we enter SS2 at the end of April and ev...
