The 2025 RMA Sport Wheelchair Rugby: Fours Nationals brought together the UK’s top teams for a weekend of elite competition, showcasing the speed, strategy, and spirit of wheelchair rugby. With standout performances across both the Cup and Shield divisions, the event was a true celebration of athleticism and teamwork.

Cup Division Highlights

Group Stage:

Leicester Tigers dominated Group A with three straight wins, including a 59–44 victory over London Storm and a 55–42 win over Cheltenham Tigers.
West Coast WRC also impressed, defeating Cheltenham and London Storm to secure a semi-final spot.
London Storm edged Cheltenham in a close 45–38 match to finish third.

Semi-Finals:

Leicester Tigers powered past London Storm 60–50.
West Coast WRC overwhelmed Cheltenham Tigers 64–36.

Final:

In a thrilling final, Leicester Tigers were crowned Cup Champions, defeating West Coast WRC 54–45.
The standout performer of the tournament, Seb Verdin, was named Cup MVP for his commanding presence and leadership throughout the weekend.

3rd Place Playoff:

London Storm secured third place with a 54–38 win over Cheltenham Tigers.

Shield Division Highlights

Group Stage:

West Country Hawks were the team to beat, going unbeaten with wins over London Crusaders, Solent Sharks, and Stoke Mandeville Maulers.
Stoke Mandeville Maulers and London Crusaders also advanced to the semi-finals with strong performances.

Semi-Finals:

West Country Hawks defeated Solent Sharks 50–42.
Stoke Mandeville Maulers edged London Crusaders 44–40 in a nail-biter.

Final:

West Country Hawks completed a perfect weekend with a dominant 55–35 win over Stoke Mandeville Maulers to lift the Shield trophy.
The Hawks’ dynamic player Loup Cathala was named Shield MVP, delivering consistent, game-changing performances across all matches.

3rd Place Playoff:

London Crusaders claimed third place with a 47–42 win over Solent Sharks.
