The Annual General Meeting is to be reconvened on Wednesday 16 December, at 5pm – the meeting will be held via Zoom, and you will need to register in advance. Once your registration has been confirmed (following verification of your membership), you will receive a confirmation email which will include your unique joining link.

Reconvened Meeting Calling Notice 2020
The Annual General Meeting was held 23 September to conduct important business, including a Special Resolution to modify the Articles of Association relating to the composition of the Board of Trustees, and also to say farewell to departing Board members and welcome their successors. Due to restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 lockdown, our auditor was delayed from starting their work and the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the Year Ended 31 March 2020 were not available at that date, and the meeting was subsequently adjourned.
The Financial Statements have now been approved by the Board of Trustees, and will be presented to members at the reconvened meeting, with an opportunity for members to ask any questions about these documents. Please note that the copy below is unsigned, and will be replaced by the signed copy as soon as this is available.
