We would like to thank all the coaches that took part in the GBWR coaching review that was led by Sporting People throughout last year. The information provide was really useful and has allowed us to develop a clearer picture of our coaches, coaching practice and the aspirations of our coaching workforce. Sporting People have provided us with a final report and a summary of their findings and have developed a coaching framework that can drive our vision for coaching into the future.
