I am joining up with a group of friends to have a go at something I’ve always wanted to do…. and why not tie that in with visiting Poland. I will be doing the jump in Sopot so look out for the videos and photos.
Wheelchair Rugby is something I’ve been involved in since my accident in 1992. It has given me and many others fantastic opportunities and it’s a great sport. Sport is a great way to meet people, keep fit, socialise and can help you rebuild your life after a traumatic period in someone’s life.
