Mayor of Brighton Visits RugbyWheels Session

GBWR’s mass disability sports participation programme RugbyWheels has visited Brighton, in partnership with Brighton and Hove Council’s TAKEPART sports festival. The final session featured a visit from the Mayor of Brighton, representatives of the Brighton Albion community project and the City Council, and a number of new local players. The session, run by GBWR’s Regional Development Officer Paul Arnold and Performance team Mechanic Dorrien Preece, allowed the Mayor and his wife an opportunity to try wheelchair rugby for the first time!
