Great Britain Wheelchair Rugby has selected a 13-player squad to compete in the King Power Quad Nations at the Morningside Arena, Leicester.
Taking place between February 21-23, the squad will compete in a round robin format over the three days against the current world ranked number 1 and 2, Australia and USA.
It will undoubtedly be an exciting competition and act as an important performance opportunity ahead of this summer’s Paralympic Games.
Head Coach Paul Shaw said: “It is sure to be an exciting tournament and with the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics only months away, we must take every opportunity to test ourselves against the best in the world.”
As Great Britain enter the final stages of selection for Tokyo, Jack Smith (Leicester Tigers) and Dan Kellett (West Coast Crash) are included in the squad and earn their first vest for the senior team.
Nicholas Cummins, Jamie Stead and Gavin Walker are also selected alongside Jack Smith, meaning there are four Leicester Tigers players in the squad.

The third instalment of the Quad Nations takes place from February 21-23 at the Morningside Arena with daytime and evening sessions over three days. Tickets are priced at just £3 for under 16s and £7.50 for adults, with special offers available for groups and families.
