The team now fully focus on competing at this year’s 2024 Paralympic Games. They will be hosted in Paris, August 28th to September 8th. The team will have a few competitive opportunities before the Paralympics for athletes and coaches to review performances ahead of final games selection.
On the 2024 squad selection GB Head of Performance, Barry Mason commented:
“We are really excited about the group of athletes we have working with us as we head into an important Paralympic year. The team showed some really positive signs at the IWRC in 2023 and we have refreshed the squad with a few new faces for 2024 to raise the competition for places and help players develop for post-Paris too.”
